Who this applies to
This right of withdrawal applies to consumers whose order is delivered to the EU, the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland. For deliveries to the United States and all other countries, please see our Returns & Refund Policy.
Withdrawal period
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.
Personalised items (e.g. with a photo, a name or an individual design) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please tell us:
- your name, address, phone number and email address
- your order number or another reference to your order
- your statement that you wish to withdraw from this contract

Effects of withdrawal
If you validly withdraw, we will refund all payments to your original means of payment within 7 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal.
Please note that the costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.
