1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all contracts concluded via our online shop. Deviating terms of the customer are not recognised unless we have expressly agreed to them in writing.

The presentation of products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the order button, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the goods in the shopping cart. After we receive your order, you will get an order confirmation by email.
3. Prices and payment
The prices shown in the online shop apply. Available payment methods include:
- Credit card
- PayPal
- Bank transfer
- Klarna
The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
4. Shipping costs and delivery time
Shipping costs range from €3.95 to €14.95, depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days within Germany, 3–7 business days to Austria and Switzerland and about 6–9 business days to the United States.
5. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until paid in full.
6. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
7. Withdrawal and returns
Consumers in the EU, the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland have a right of withdrawal as set out in our Returns & Refund Policy. The direct costs of returning goods are borne by the customer. The customer is only liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. For deliveries to the United States and all other countries, returns for change of mind are not accepted; claims for defective, damaged or wrong items are not affected.
Personalised items (e.g. with a photo, a name or an individual design) are excluded from the right of withdrawal (§ 312g (2) no. 1 BGB).
8. Place of jurisdiction
To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contractual relationship is Germany. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
